Damsel Bug

Damsel bugs are commonly discovered throughout the year, in agricultural crops such as legumes, soybeans, grassy fields and alfalfa.

These beneficial insects are tiny (about 2 to 4 mm long), soft-bodied, and often yellowish to tan in color. As well, this terrestrial predator has wings, (large) bulbous eyes and stilt-like legs.

The Damsel bug is a natural exterminator of Aphids, leaf hoppers, mites and many more garden pests.
